“Ideas Uruguay” presents new edition for Social Housing Expo With the organization of “Ideas Uruguay” (“Real Estate Option” Magazine), on Thursday 29 and Friday 30 will present the 2nd. Edition of the Social Housing Expo (VIS), to be held at the atrium of the Municipality of Montevideo.

Both days will range from 9-19 hours, with entry for public access. The opening ceremony will be on Thursday 29 at 11 am and will be attended by national authorities, including the president of the National Housing Agency, the architect Francisco Beltrame.
 
The proposal will feature 25 stands of various companies in the industry, which will present projects, and attend to offer their services to visitors. The exhibition aims to promote projects under the Law on Social Housing.
 
Among the companies and institutions that have confirmed their presence as exhibitors, are Campiglia, Atijas, Ivory Group and Poggio & Asoc. Also will be present “Vitrium Capital”, “Casa Propia”, “Hormi2”, the Association of Realtors of Uruguay (ADIU), with the presence of its president, James Brosky- and the National Association of Auctioneers, Appraisers and Estate Brokers (ANRTCI). Among the entities that accompany the event we find the same Housing Agency.

Among the exhibitors there are companies that offer alternative to traditional building systems, which among other things allow cheaper construction, as well as build in less time and with an excellent finish work.
 
Consulted about the event, the director of " Ideas Uruguay " Carina Bertiz, told “El Observador” that "this fair diffuses exclusively housing, as we believe that this Law on Social Housing (Law Nº 18.798), has allowed many Uruguayans to solve their housing problems, and he has mobilized the construction industry, and real estate financial system, among other actors".

Bertíz commented the way the company has gone through since Barth. "Ideas Uruguay has been dedicated for 13 years to spread the work and development of Real Estate in Uruguay and the region, and not only does it through print media and portals. Furthermore, some years ago it happened to innovate in the organization of conferences and real estate fairs, both national and regional level. This has helped us grow and collaborate with industry".

The company also publishes the magazines "Real Estate Option Punta del Este", "Social Housing Option ", "International Real Estate Option" and "Medical Option".
 
Regarding expectations for this year, the entrepreneur added that "last year visited the fair more than 3000 people. And there itself several sales materialized. We hope that this year we can beat that number and more businesses are achieved."
