In three years South Neighborhood will have 1000 new neighbors

The project “Estrellas de Sur”, located on Gonzalo Ramírez Ave. between Ejido St. and Aquiles Lanza St., will definitely change the area. In three years the block will add about 1,000 residents (least) who will occupy the two towers Campiglia Constructions is building, on the grounds that occupied the old factory “Strauch & Cía”, where creosote “La Buena Estrella” was produced.

The construction comes at a good pace to the point that the first tower of 12 floors and 100 apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms with an entrance on Ejido St. (and that is almost fully sold) will cut ribbons in February 2016. The second tower of 25 levels will be Reddy for delivery in April 2018.

The project was visited yesterday in a tour attended by the Minister of Housing, Arch. Eneida de León, the President of the National Housing Agency, Arch. Francisco Beltrame, the Mayor of Montevideo, Ana Olivera, as well as authorities of the Mortgage Bank and Santander Bank, customers and professionals.

The work is constructed under the law 18,795 that benefits buyers and investors with income tax exemptions for 10 years and an interesting financing plan of up to 80% with the BHU and private banks like Santander.

The Real Estate development also includes a 3-storey building down Isla de Flores St. and several premises (one of them will be occupied by the “Frog” chain, which plans to open in a couple of months)

A total of approximately 350 apartments, all of them with main and laundry terrace, kitchens integrated to living and dining room with under counter and countertops furniture, forecast for air conditioning, an inner square with games for children, sports spaces for adults, 24 hour Concierge Service and large percentage of garages existing one per apartment if it wanted by the owners.

Tower Twenty-Five, located in Gonzalo Ramírez Ave. and Dr. Aquiles Lanza St. over Zitarrosa Square, has units of 1 and 2 bedrooms with views over the bay and the city, from the first floors, improving on higher floors; plus fully equipped barbecue and solarium on the 25th floor.

This tower is developed into two circulatory centers with two elevators each, generating service and fluency in its circulation. Spaces are very well resolved and the quality of its finishes is of high standard. At this stage prices are subsidized, including the payment with bank Financing which provides up to the 80% and improving with major integrations.
