At year’s end Campiglia releases “Estrellas del Sur”: two towers, one building and premises

(By Lucía Etchegoyen) Thanks to Law 18,795 of the Ministry of Housing and the National Housing Agency, many construction projects of buildings and powers of one and two bedrooms have taken flight. Campiglia Constructions is venid one of the biggest projects in “Sur” Neighborhood, called “Estrellas del Sur”. The Real Estate development includes two towers of 12 and 25 floors and a 3 storey building down Isla de Flores St., plus several commercial premises. The Real Estate Development also has an inner square with games for children and an adult sports space. A total of about 350 apartments, all of them with main and service terrace, integrated kitchen to living rooms with under counter and countertops furniture, provision for air conditioning, optional garages. "The first stage is already well advanced; this is the first tower of 100 apartments of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms located on Ejido St. that we will deliver the first months of next year.  On the Ground Floor there are several premises with totally independent access. On the other hand, we are preparing for the launch of “Tower Twenty-Five”, to be located in Gonzalo Ramírez Ave. and Dr. Aquiles Lanza St. on Zitarrosa Square. This tower includes 238 units of 1 and 2 bedrooms with undreamed views from the first floors that improve on the higher floors. In this tower are also designed several shops with independent access. The final building of the development is on Isla de Flores St. and it is a 3 floor building where premises and units for housing are also provided", argues Alejandra González. Estrellas del Sur will feature an inner square with games for children and an adult sports space, 24 hour Concierge Service and large percentage of garages. "We are working hard to finish the work later this year and begin deliveries in the first moths of next year. It is shocking the way that the area has improved and the unobstructed views it has from the top floors, not to mention the panoramic towards the sea and the city from its barbecue on the 12th floor", holds Alejandra. Protected under the Law 18,795 of the Ministry of Housing and the National Housing Agency which provides benefits both for those who buy to live as those who buy for investment, (exoneration of Wealth Tax and Rental Tax (IRPF) for 10 years and neither pay ITP, that plus the fact that it has an excellent financing plan up to 80% through BHU and private banks like Santander Bank. They are also working on the launch of E-Tower Blue, part of the Real Estate Development E-Tower, located in Malvín Neighborhood. This new venture on Italia Ave. has a shop on the Ground Floor and a fully independent tower over it. It comes to studios and 1 and 2 bedrooms apartments. At E-Tower Avenue, the 14-storey tower that was delivered late last year, and has the last units of 2 and 3 bedrooms and in the first stage of E-Tower Sky that we started to deliver earlier this year, we have the last 2 bedroom units. We continue to Project the second stage of E-Tower Sky where it is foreseen a 14-storey tower of the same features of Avenue and Park. "In total we have 6 projects in five neighborhoods of Montevideo. Vitis and Ambar in Prado Neighborhood, El Roble in Aguada Neighborhood, Torre Modelo in La Blanqueada Neighborhood, Thays in Parque Batlle Neighborhood. All of them have been sold very well. We have delivered Vitis and El Roble and in both cases investors are satisfied because the units were rented quickly. Furthermore, we are developing other projects such as the construction of warehouses, shops, offices and a farms’ draft", concludes Alejandra.
