In the same line as Vitis and El Roble, Campiglia Construcciones introduced its third housing development under Law 18,795 of the National Housing Agency. It will be named Estrellas del Sur and is located in the former Strauch factory, in the block surrounded by Ejido, Isla de Flores, Dr. Aquiles Lanza and Gonzalo Ramirez streets. It comprises two towers of 12 and 25 floors, and a three floor building, commercial units and a recreational area in-between the buildings. Each tower will have 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units with main and laundry terraces, air conditioning provision in living room and master bedroom, 24 hour security, a fully furnished communal room and optional garages.
