Campiglia Constructions carried out the launch of the latest stage of “Estrellas del Sur”, called "Three ", which will have 51 apartments and expects for release on April 2018. The project, which is approved by the National Housing Authority, will add new units into the heart of Sur and Palermo Neighborhoods.

There will be two towers of 12 and 25 floors and a smaller 4-story building, “Estrellas del Sur” comprises the entire block, including the Isla de Flores St., Aquiles Lanza St. and Ejido St. Campiglia’s project will have garages for all units, private square and commercial premises.

The apartments will have different amenities and sizes; they can be purchased both exclusive lofts and apartments with one or two bedrooms.

On the top floor there will be an equipped barbecue and solarium, the idea is that "Estrellas del Sur Three" stand out, too, for having low common expenses, an outsourced laundry service and a unique internal square of more than 2100 m2 with recreational space for children and adult sports.

The event of the release of "Southern Stars Three, brought together technical authorized agents and representatives of financial institutions, and it took place at the barbecue of "Estrellas del Sur, Tower 12 ", which had already been released in December 2015.
