On Tuesday 16th December will be inaugurated the building “El Roble”, the second Project of social housing that delivers Campiglia Constructions.

Located in “La Aguada” Neighborhood, in San Martín Ave. and Millán Ave., “El Roble” is a project promoted by the National Housing Agency (ANV) as social housing under the new law N° 18.795, providing benefits to those who buy to live and investors.

“El Roble” is a 7 upper-floors building in which there are 66 apartments of 1 and 2 bedrooms, all of them with laundry area, closets on and under table in the kitchen, strip wood floors textured wood grain, optional garages and an excellent fully equipped BBQ on the ground floor.

“These initiatives not only promote more housing options but allow many jobs shall be generated; they mean a big investment in construction and that many families can access new homes, improving their current conditions and contributing to the development of areas of the capital city that needed new buildings”, 

Of these new homes a large percentage are funded by the Mortgage Bank, which “it means for construction companies a major effort to support the entire construction work when the buyer integrates a 10 to 25% depending on the plan”. In this particular project units have been funded through the Credit Guarantee Fund Mortgage and the “Yo Ahorro” Plan of the Mortgage Bank of Uruguay, where the owner can access a loan of 90% of the cost of the unit.
