A new option to invest in Montevideo

Following the concept of searching and offering to market more and more services, Zambrano & Cía. signed an agreement with Campiglia Constructions through which they will offer housing in Montevideo. "It is a new experience of specific products, in this case housing, that as we always try to do, we partner with specialists in the field to continue to provide services, that is our purpose", said Gerardo Zambrano.

Meanwhile Eduardo Campiglia said that "It is a new project for which we partner with a serious and professional company in a deal that makes me feel very satisfied".

Apartments.
This first experience includes two projects approved under the Law 18,795 that promotes social housing, with significant benefits.

"It is about two apartment towers that may be financed to the extent of those concerned with lower fees than a rent", said Architect Rodrigo Zambrano Zerbino. He said that "they are ideal for people inside the country to buy apartments in Montevideo, thinking about the coming of their children to study or as investment in bricks, thinking perhaps of an income".

It is "Torre Índigo", in Fernández Crespo St. and Cerro Largo St., with apartments of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, with terrace and service, releasing on February 2018. "It is very well located, next to Tres Cruces Shopping Center and Bus Station, ideal for people inside the country.

 
The other project is Tower “Estrella del Sur", located in Sur and Palermo Neighborhoods, among streets Ejido, Gonzalo Ramírez, Dr. Aquiles Lanza and Isla de Flores, with delivery scheduled for December 2017. "They are apartments of 1 and 2 bedrooms with terrace, in Tower 25, located a few meters from Rambla Ave. and 18 de Julio Ave., with very good panoramic views".

Financing.
Plans, explained Architect Zambrano Zerbino, are multiple according to the possibilities of investors. "It can be long-term capital integration, on building development in progress, or for cash with very good financial benefits", said.

Quality.
Both Zambrano and Campiglia explained that although these are two projects under Law 18,795 of Social Housing, "they have the recognized quality of Campiglia Constructions and with no differences compared to what the other projects of the company are".
