Following the concept of searching and offering to market more and more services, Zambrano & Cía. signed an agreement with Campiglia Constructions through which they will offer housing in Montevideo. Apartments.
This first experience includes two projects approved under the Law 18,795 that promotes social housing, with significant benefits.

"It is about two apartment towers that may be financed to the extent of those concerned with lower fees than a rent", said Architect Rodrigo Zambrano Zerbino. He said that "they are ideal for people inside the country to buy apartments in Montevideo, thinking about the coming of their children to study or as investment in bricks, thinking perhaps of an income".
