Last Tuesday night at the former building of Santander Bank in the Historic Neighborhood, the Engineer Eduardo Campiglia, presented an informational talk about 7 Real Estate projects that his company offers in Montevideo.

Campiglia also reported that the 2 main Real Estate offices of Colonia, Terrasol and Toribio Achával, will be the responsible for marketing them locally. It is about 7 buildings in different strategic points of the national capital that have important exemptions for those who are buyers.

Campiglia emphasized that “Today, Santander Bank is accompanying us to finance the purchase of these apartments, but in addition we have this possibility with the Mortgage Bank of Uruguay”. For the entrepreneur “it is a great opportunity for those seeking homes for their children studying in Montevideo or to invest in a place that can be a good deal as it is the rental income. For that we have the 2 main Real Estate agents in Colonia, Terrasol Dalmás and Toribio Achával, working on the placement of these projects”. About the possibility of building in Colonia, the constructor answered that “Campiglia is a company with 36 years in the market; in Colonia we built “Altos del Plata” and the new headquarters of Santander Bank. For now, though we have our own land there, we are not thinking of building in Colonia, although the possibility remains latent”.
