With the presence of the Press, the Minister of Housing Arch. Eneida De León, the President of ANV Arch. Francisco Beltrame, the Mayor of Montevideo Ana Olivera, as well as authorities from Mortgage Bank and Santander Bank, customers and professionals, a tour was held last Thursday through the project “Estrellas del Sur”, intended to evaluate the progress of this 12-storey tower that will be delivered in February 2016, as well as the 25-storey tower that will get occupied in April 2018.

The Project “Estrellas del Sur” is located in Sur Neighborhood, and as a whole it is the most important protected under law 18,795 of the Ministry of Housing and the National Housing Agency which provides benefits to both those who buy to live as those who buy for investment, (exemption from Wealth Tax and from tax holiday (IRPF) for 10 years and ITP is neither paid, that adds up to have an excellent financing up to the 80% with BHU and private banks as Santander. The Real Estate development includes two Powers of 12 and 25 floors and a 3-storey building on Isla de Flores St. and several premises. A total of approximately 350 apartments, all of them with main and laundry terraces, kitchens integrated to living and dining room with under counter and countertops furniture, forecast for air conditioning, a beautiful inner square with games for children, adult sport space, 24 hour Concierge service and large percentage of garages existing one per apartment if it wanted by the owners.

The first stage is already well advanced, it is a tower of 100 apartments of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms located on Ejido St., in which we are working hard to finish the work at year end and begin the deliveries early next year. On the Ground Floor there are several premises with totally independent access. The project will revitalize the whole environment providing services in the area. The new phase that Campiglia is launching for sale: Tower Twenty-Five is located on Gonzalo Ramírez Ave. and Dr. Aquiles Lanza St. over Zitarrosa Square, it has units of 1 and 2 bedrooms with views never imagined towards the bay and the city, from the first floors and that improve on the higher floors, barbecue and solarium fully equipped on floor 25. Tower Twenty-Five is developed into two circulatory centers with two elevators each, generating service and fluency in circulation. The spaces are very well resolved and the quality of their finishes is of high standard. Slatted floors textures wood grain, kitchen furniture in white melamine and large aluminum windows that illuminate the apartments in all directions. By the position of its two towers and the great distance between them, the views from their units are open and clear, surrounded by lots of green space. 

Unlike other releases, Tower Twenty-Five’s work has already subfloors, and its first floors constructed and progress continues at a good pace. The delivery of its first units is scheduled for April 2018.

We have different ways of payment and flexibility to evaluate customer’s proposals. At this stage prices are subsidized including the payment by bank financing that contemplates up to the 80% and improving with major integrations.
