LAUNCH: ESTRELLAS DEL SUR

Sunday 12 April 2014

Following the success of our first project approved under the new law of the Ministry and the National Housing Agency, Vitis and El Roble, we are pleased to announce our next release: Estrellas del Sur.

Our third project under Law 18,795 of the National Housing Agency, will be located in the former Strauch factory: The block comprised by Ejido, Isla de Flores, Dr. Aquiles Lanza and Gonzalo Ramírez streets.

This new Real Estate Development comprises two towers of 12 and 25 floors, and a three floor building, shops and a beautiful recreational area in-between the different buildings. Each tower will have 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units with main and service terraces, air conditioning provision in the living room and master bedroom, 24 hour security, fully equipped communal room and optional garages.

It is one of the main projects, approved so far, with the benefits of the law.

Near Everything

Meters away from the Rambla, between Ejido, Isla de Flores, Dr. Aquiles Lanza and Gonzalo Ramírez streets, the former Strauch factory welcomes a new real estate development that will contribute to enhance Barrio Sur.

In an area with the charm of a neighborhood that retains a history of joy, friendships, and traditions, and that has been the source of inspiration for many artists who saw in its streets, colors and music, the essence of the Montevidean identity.

Amusement parks, squares, institutes, shops, tourist attractions like the street Carlos Gardel and Plaza Medellín, surround and add value to this new venture.

Facing the Sea

Quality finishes, large windows with aluminum openings that allow you to enjoy the views of sea and the city. Very well planned spaces, open kitchens into the living and dining room, kitchen cabinets above and under the countertop, woodgrain textured flooring slats bringing space and warmth into the rooms.

The tower’s top floor is crowned by a large communal room, designed and furnished to celebrate with family and friends and enjoy the amazing views that encompass from Punta Carretas to Ciudad Vieja.
