The 15-year financing of homeownership without banks as intermediaries is possible.

This June 20th Campiglia Constructions is 38 years old in the market and, despite its age, the company continues to seek to innovate. As a celebration and to bring better opportunities to the public, the construction company is offering a unique option in the market: own financing to 15 years for housing. That is, there are no banks in the middle, the rate is lower and does not involve mortgage or life insurance expenses. See what the full note consists of:

That a housing can now be accessed with a 15 or 20 year financing through a bank is not new; yes it is the new product of Campiglia Constructions designed to celebrate the 38 years of the company. This is a new financing option designed to respond to the need that the market has today: a rate that is somewhat more accessible than those offered by banks.

“What we did was select five units of three of the buildings we are building to generate financing that we understand is very attractive: the price of the apartment is financed up to 70% to 15 years, with a rate of 6.0% and without mortgage or life insurance expenses”, told us Alejandra González, responsible of Marketing at Campiglia Constructions. The three buildings for which this product runs are “Torre 25” from the project “Estrellas del Sur” (for units of one and two bedrooms); “Índigo”, the development of Fernández Crespo St. and Cerro Largo St. (for one, two and three bedrooms housing); and the building “Sky” of the project E-Tower in Malvín Neighborhood. The first five units to be sold in each one of the building will be the ones that will be able to take the option of the financing of the construction company.

Among the advantages that the client can perceive with this new type of financing is the fact that the rate is lower because it is currently at 7.0% or 7.25%. Also, Campiglia does not include the mortgage and life insurance costs that do apply to the options offered by the rest of the market.

“We had our own financing plan at five years, but we saw that people were needing another line or a few more years, and they did not want to do it directly with a bank for the fee, for the expenses or for the share”, said González. So with the strength and experience that the company has in Uruguay is that Campiglia Constructions is encouraged to take a big step towards innovation that, of course, implies an investment when it comes to own financing. “The confidence and the fact of pointing to the long term are the elements that make us able to offer this option to the clients”, she ended up.
