Alejandra González, Head of Marketing at Campiglia Constructions

Campiglia Constructions emerged in 1979 from the dream of then-civil engineer Eduardo Campiglia to self-generate work. Nowadays it is a firm that gives work to more than 300 people and has completed more than 40 different projects in the country. Alejandra González has been responsible for Marketing at Campiglia Constructions for 12 years. 

Where were you 10 years ago?
10 years ago I was in Campiglia Constructions, I have worked there for 12 years, I started as an Assistant of the Director, Engineer Eduardo Campiglia, and then they gave me different challenges, new opportunities and I was growing up. I have been developing in the area of internal and external communication, in the area of marketing and the website. Collaborating and always trying to contribute to new ideas and projects with joy.

Where are you now?
Today I am responsible for the marketing part of the company and also support the sales department of the commercial department in all the creation of the projects. We work together from the beginning with projects giving them a name, an identity, a character, generating the marketing campaigns, putting them into operation, supporting the salesmen in everything they need and all the agents because we, besides having a real estate department of sales we have a network of agents. We are always trying to innovate, to look for new opportunities, to find out what things are in the market that can help us improve technology, improve customer arrivals, we also do customer satisfaction surveys to see what they are needing, adapt to their needs and always support them.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
Within 10 years I still see myself inside the company, from the place where they understand that I am more useful. I like to do and during all these 12 years they have allowed me to learn, train and continue doing, which is one of the great values that the company has. People are listened to and always give you the opportunity to continue learning and growing. On the personal side I imagine myself with my family, my children already older and in the work side still working in the company with new technologies, new challenges from the place where they understand that I am most needed.
