at Campiglia Constructions, a company that projects, develops, builds and promotes real estate products

Estrellas del Sur: a giant in Palermo 

A few meters from the rambla, between Ejido, Isla de Flores, Dr. Aquiles Lanza and G. Ramírez streets, 
the former factory Strauch gives way to the new real estate development that will help to rank Sur 
and Palermo Neighborhoods. In an area of 5,500 m2 three separate but interconnected buildings are erected

Last Thursday, September 29th, Campiglia Constructions launched the last stage of “Estrellas del Sur”, 
called “Tres”, which is scheduled to open in April 2018 and will have 51 apartments. From different 
orientations and comforts, you will be able to acquire exclusive lofts and units of 1 and 2 bedrooms at 
very reasonable prices and through convenient financing plans. All the apartments have garage included, 
characteristic that distinguishes it from other projects.
 
The event, which brought together authorized agents, technicians and representatives of financial 
institutions, took place in the barbecue of “Estrellas del Sur” Tower 12. In a warm and informal 
atmosphere they were delighted with panoramic bay and city views, the striking 25-story tower under 
construction and the beginning of the new work.

Footprint in Montevideo

In the capital city, Campiglia Constructions is developing 6 other projects under the law 18,795. Today 
they are ready: “Thays” in Parque Batlle; “Torre Modelo” in La Blanqueada; “Vitis” in Prado; “El Roble” 
in Aguada. Forthcoming to occupy: “Ambar” in Prado and under construction: “Índigo” in Cordón.
